Now that you’ve secured your funds, you may use the Sprowtt Crowdfunding Inc platform to interact with your new shareholders.

Once your offering goes live, you may begin to accept funding commitments from investors. These will sit in an escrow account until the offering period ends and/or the initial goal is met. Offerings may last from 30 to 90 days and must be publicly available on the web site for at least 21 days before any securities are sold in the offering.

Although your offering is live, you’re not done quite yet! Engaging with investors is an important part of the offering process. Be sure follow the restrictions set forth under Regulation Crowdfunding when you publicly promote your offering through word of mouth, email campaigns, and social media.
